Payment Methods

The following payment options are available when shopping in our store:

Prepay your order through bank transfer after receiving order confirmation of wss-kabelshop.de or via paypal.

Our bank details are printed on our invoice. All orders must be prepaid!

Shipping costs

Our shipping will be done through the Deutsche Post / DHL within Germany.
For the delivery of your order on the following fees.

the following costs will apply within Germany:
Orders below a total value of  200, - EUR   ---   only 6,90 EUR
Orders from 200, - EUR and up                   ---   no charges applicable --- FREE!

the following cost will apply outside of Germany (within Europe):

All orders   ---    only    16,- EUR

all other locations can be done on request.

General Information

The offer of this shop is directed only to consumers who reside within Germany. Exceptions can be made on special requests and are subject to a separate agreement.

Estimated shipment and delivery dates

Your order will be promptly shipped. At the latest on the following working day after receiving your order.
Deliveries are made within two working days, when items already in stock.
Estimated shipment dates are shown under each item.
Orders for special confections (and/or larger amount) may take longer to assemble (within 8 working days)
 
Delay
problem with an order ? – out of stock ? We will notify you by e-mail or call you by phone, if a delay will occur.

Partial Shipments
more than one item ordered? If there is more than one item in your order, we will ship them as soon as they become available, beginning with those already in stock. All missing items will be shipped to you as soon as the become available at no additional costs.
