Right of revocation
you may declare the revocation of your contractual statement with Wächter und Rühl GbR in text form (e.g. letter, fax or e-mail) or by returning the merchandise within a period of two weeks. The revocation does not have to contain any reasons. The revocation period begins the day following the receipt of merchandise and this revocation instruction in text form. The time-limit shall be deemed to be observed by the timely dispatch of the declaration of revocation or the return shipment of the item to Wächter und Rühl GbR.

Consequences of revocation
In case of a valid revocation, all mutually received performances as well as emoluments taken (e.g. interest), if applicable, are to be restituted by either side. If you are unable or partially unable to restitute the merchandise to us or can only restitute it in a deteriorated condition, then you have to insofar compensate for its value where applicable. This does not apply if the deterioration is exclusively due to examining the merchandise – as for instance in a retail store – or putting the merchandise to its intended use. Things that can be shipped by parcel are to be returned on our risk. Things that cannot be shipped by parcel will be picked up. All reimbursement obligations must be fulfilled within 30 days of the declaration of revocation.
The Revocation period starts with the timely dispatch of the declaration of revocation or the on time reception of the return shipment.
The right of revocation in question is that within the scope of the regulation regarding long-distance sales in the German Civil Code, §§ 312 b, 312 d, 355 BGB. This right of revocation applies only for consumers within the scope of § 13 BGB, but not for consumers within the scope of § 14 BGB.

These terms and conditions of delivers and payment apply to all contracts concluded with the company of Wächter und Rühl GbR. Divergent terms and conditions become only part of contract, if they have been expressly agreed in writing.

The contract with us is concluded by submitting your order. The order was placed after making any necessary adjustment and checking the accuracy of all entered information by clicking “verify your order and then by clicking the button “ submit order”. Once you placed your order, we will send you an confirmation e-mail message. The contract will be only concluded, when you received that confirmation e-mail message immediately after you have placed your order.

Delivery period for each item is shown at the product description page. None specified delivery period means, that we will deliver within 3 working days after confirmation of your order. Delay of shipment on request by customer can be made.

Partial deliveries are permitted. Incomplete deliveries shall not entitle the customer to refuse the other partial shipments and/or to withdraw from the contract.
6. Warranty
Warranty is based on provisions of law. If you have received a faulty item, we will exchange it for the same item, please request a replacement.
